  • Gaurav Arora

    Gaurav Arora, is a recipient of the “Young HR Professional of the Year 2009-10” by Employer Branding Institute, and is popularly known as GRV. He is a Professional Certified Coach, and is currently the President of ICF Hyderabad Chapter- the only Charter Chapter in India and also on the Editorial Board of the ICF Hyderabad Chapter. He has served the chapter as Director- Events before taking over as the Chapter President. He is also the Director - Coaching Council, The Conference Board. He is also a host of an online talk show ‘Coaching Matters’- An exclusive show for the aspiring and credentialed coaches, now available on iTunes. He has had the privilege of interviewing Sir John Whitmore, Janet Harvey, Dr. Damian Goldvarg, Sandy Vilas, Steve Mitten, Jerry Udelson, Darelyn Mitsch, Dianne Brennan, Dr. Ethelle Lord, Dr. Judy Krings, Sue Knight, Teri-E, and many other esteemed guests. He has had the honour of interviewing eleven ICF’s Past Presidents including Mr. Sandy Vilas (First President, ICF) for one of the projects in 2013-14.

    He was part of the Global ICF Nominating Committee, representing seven countries. The Nominating Committee works together to deliver a list of recommended candidates to fill open 2013 Board positions, from the applications of qualified ICF members in good standing who submit nominations. In the past, he has been associated with several associations including Rotary International, Toastmasters, SHRM in various capacities, roles and responsibilities. He has handled marketing, communication, events & operations with these organizations.

    His professional experience includes working in organisations like, Franklin Covey, IndiaMart, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and EValue Serve. He believes in honing his skill-set on regular basis and ensures to attend atleast one conference per year and undergo a rigorous workshop to develop his skill set regularly.     She is an MBA, with a professional experience of around 8 years, in the space of training & coaching. She has started her career with FranklinCovey in 2008, where she developed herself from an Individual contributor to handling a team for North region. She is a team player & a result oriented person, who believes in leading through example.

    Charu joined Inspire coaching Systems in 2015, and been handling various roles of Business Development, Program Designing & Open programs. Currently she is actively involved in the In-house training customization, Program designing and Client Engagement for Erickson graduates.
